  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?
All the orders are processed according to order confirmation we get from customers, and we are trying our best to satisfy all customers. All orders placed on our website should obey the following policies under any conditions.

Return Conditions :

1. You can get full refund for Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items, Size Deviation & Color Mismatch problems, different for the pictures etc.

2. You need to contact us within 48 hours if you would like to return or exchange the dresses , when receive package .

3. You are not allowed to exchange or refund if our dress was Damaged or worn .we only accept products in their original condition. Because we can't sell it to other customers if do this . Thanks for your understand !

Return Process

1. Submit a return request to our email honeydress@outlook.com for Customer Service within 2 days upon receiving your order. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return.
Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior approval from our Customer Service.

2. Once our Customer Service has approved your request, we will provide you with return address as well as a Product Return Form that must be filled in and included with your return. Please send the item(s) through your local post office within 3-5 business days once you have received the form. Include the Product Return Form with your return. Please don’t use courier agency like UPS, DHL or FedEx to return the parcel as we will not pay for the custom fee that might caused.

3. Once received at our dress , your return will be processed in within 24 hours. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for it to be credited to your account.
Please note that items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed as refunds and will be shipped back to you.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?
You will receive your dress in 20 days after placing the order . If you event date is soon , you need to contact us . We will make it as Expedited order . For expedited order , you could receive it with 7 days !

  • Can I cancel my order or change dress after payment?

All orders cannot be cancelled over 24 hours after your purchase . You need to contact us within 24 hours if you would like to cancel or change your dress .

  • Can you make the dress according pictures I send?

Yes, we can! We expect your coming pictures at any time! Please send us the pictures you want by email, our dressmkers would review it carefully and reply you as soon as possible. Then we will ask for a reasonable price including shipping cost.

  • Can I get a discount when I order in bulk?
Yes, definitely you can! Purchase in bulk is always welcome!
